Maxicereal Fior di Loto Multigrain Spelt Crackers (Denomination: Organic naturally leavened baked product with 8.9% organic extra virgin olive oil) is a specialty made from 53.3% spelt flour, 14.5% wholemeal spelt flour, 8.9% extra virgin olive oil, 5.8% rice flour, 4.8% oat flour, 4.8% buckwheat flour, 3.9% rye flour, malted barley flour, barley malt extract, natural sourdough starter, salt, acidity regulator (sodium carbonate), rice and barley malt syrup, natural rosemary flavoring.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
A delicious variegated mix of organic grains designed to deliver a rich and unmistakable flavor in pure Maxicereal style. Naturally leavened with sourdough starter and organic extra virgin olive oil.
