“Biocroc” corn snack with Kamut® Fior di Loto wheat (Name: Kamut® Khorasan wheat snack. Organic extruded product) is a specialty based on 68% corn flour, 30% Kamut® Khorasan wheat wholemeal flour, sea salt.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Delicious snacks, crunchy and tasty, soft and suitable for everyone, obtained by hot extruding a mix of corn flour and khorasan kamut wheat.
