“Fior di Biscotti” Lemon Wheat Biscuits Fior di Loto (Denomination: Organic shortbread biscuit with lemon juice) is a specialty made from 71.5% type “0” soft wheat flour, 20.4% corn syrup, vegetable margarine (high oleic sunflower oil, vegetable fat (shea butter), water, natural flavoring), high oleic sunflower seed oil, 2.6% lemon juice, natural flavoring.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
A delicious artisanal biscuit, with a firm yet crumbly texture, yellow in color, and the characteristic lemon aroma and flavor. Palm oil-free, lactose-free, egg-free, and yeast-free.
