Wheat biscuits with corn syrup “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Denomination: Organic shortbread biscuit with corn flour) is a specialty made from soft wheat flour type "0", corn syrup 24%, vegetable margarine (coconut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), corn flour 19%, rice drink (water, rice flour 20%).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
A delicious artisanal biscuit, with a firm yet crumbly texture, yellow in color, and the characteristic aroma and flavor of corn. Sweetened with corn malt.
