Coconut Biscuits “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Name: Organic shortbread biscuit with coconut flakes) is a specialty made from 64.4% type 0 soft wheat flour, 27.7% corn syrup, vegetable margarine (high oleic sunflower oil, vegetable fat (shea butter), water, natural flavoring), high oleic sunflower seed oil, coconut flakes 3%, natural flavoring.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
A delicious, artisanal cookie with a firm yet crumbly texture, a yellow-white color, and the distinctive aroma and flavor of coconut. Sweetened with corn syrup and palm oil-free.
