"OP" tea from the central mountains of Sri Lanka (Ceylon). The leaves yield a deep copper-colored infusion, an aromatic scent, and a full-bodied flavor. A classic tea suitable for breakfast and afternoon tea. To enhance the fragrance of this tea, we recommend steeping 2g of tea per person for 3-4 minutes using 90°C water.
