Ingredients for the base:
  • 500 g of stale bread,
  • sauce,
  • oil,
  • salt and pepper

Grease (or line with baking paper) a pizza tray. Spread the bread mixture evenly to create a homogeneous layer, add the sauce (which can also be made with dehydrated tomatoes) and your preferred ingredients: mozzarella, oregano, cheeses, vegetables. At this point, the bread pizza is ready to be baked: let it cook for about half an hour at 180°, then remove from the oven and serve hot.
A dish that will please everyone, especially those who prepare it!
And if you want to make the bread at home... choose the flour!
