Ryżotto z przyprawami i płatkami chabra
Zastosowanie
Aby prawidłowo użyć: wsypać zawartość torebki do garnka i podsmażać przez kilka minut na łyżce oleju. Osobno zagotować około 1 litra wody z solą lub bulionu z kostki albo mięsnego. Stopniowo dodawać bulion do ryżotto, gotując na małym ogniu przez 15-18 minut. Pod koniec gotowania dodać łyżkę masła.
Składniki. Ryż carnaroli, rodzynki korynckie, chaber, jabłko, gruszka, liść laurowy, cynamon, kardamon, kmin i goździki.
