Włożyć do wody na 10 minut. Na bardzo małym ogniu na patelni. Po odparowaniu wody dodać trochę oleju i przecier pomidorowy
Użycie
Preparat umieszcza się na patelni z odrobiną wody, pozostawia do namoczenia, gotując na wolnym ogniu przez około 10 minut, następnie dodaje się odrobinę oliwy i podsmaża przez kilka minut. Do preparatu można dodać sos pomidorowy.
