Ingefära är en flerårig örtartad växt i familjen Zingiberaceae.
Användning
Den kan användas för att göra örtteer. Låt den dra i 5 minuter och filtrera sedan. Om man vill kan man tillsätta lite citronsaft. Ingefära kan också rivas till pulver och är idealisk att tillsätta i förrätter, grönsaker och maträtter. Den kan också användas vid tillagning av vissa desserter och örtteer.
